Hall T. Martin

Founder & CEO

Hall launched TEN Capital as the Texas Entrepreneur Networks in 2009. Today, the firm has over 25,000 investors in its network and has helped startups raise over $900M and counting.

Hall serves as the Vice-Chair of the Baylor Angel Network. He previously led the Central Texas Angel Network (CTAN) as its first Executive Director, where he achieved over a 40X return for the investors.

He is the founder and director of the Texas Open Angel Network, which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to the education of angel investors. As a part of that program, he hosts the Investor Connect podcast series.

He is also a Founder and initial Managing Director of SKU (Incubation Station), a consumer product goods accelerator based in Austin, Texas, and the former Managing Director of AccelerateNFC, an accelerator based in Dallas, Texas, focusing on Near Field Communication.

Hall serves as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Texas, leading the Idea to IP program, which fosters startups from the engineering program.

Caitlin Leach

Operations Director

Caitlin brings over two decades of experience in operations, management, and client services, with a strong background in both creative and entrepreneurial environments. She began her career in film as Co-Founder and Director of the Austin Underground Film Festival, then moved into the startup world as Incentive Manager for a sales organization.

Since then, Caitlin has helped launch and scale several startups, specializing in operational strategy, sales support, and client success. At TEN Capital Network, she oversees day-to-day operations, streamlining processes and supporting company growth.

Caitlin holds a B.A. in English Literature and Film Theory from Florida State University. She also serves on the board of VORTEX Repertory Theater and contributes to its Fundraising Committee.

Samantha Hector

Client Services Director

Sam is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our client’s campaigns.

She has been in the administrative field since the age of 16 and performs many administrative roles for TEN.

Sam is very detailed in her work, organized, and reliable. In her spare time, she likes to read, bake, and play with her two fur babies.

Mostafa Shaha

MENA Director

Mostafa Shahat is a cross-border business development and ecosystem leader with international experience spanning partnerships, investor relations, operations, and strategic growth.

He currently serves as MENA Director at TEN Capital Network, where he works closely with founders, investors, and partners to build meaningful connections and create opportunities across markets.

His background includes supporting startups, leading communities, driving market expansion, and helping organizations grow through practical execution, relationship-building, and strong regional insight across the Middle East and beyond.

Demie Sinea

General Operations & Outreach

Demie Sinea is an Operations Administrator at TEN Capital Network, supporting the full team and providing high-level operational and executive support. She has worked closely with CEOs and leadership teams across multiple industries, including startups, venture capital, and logistics.

Outside of work, Demie is an entrepreneur, a South Florida native, and a proud mom to her young daughter.

Fernando

Podcast Production

Fernando supports TEN Capital’s Investor Connect podcast by managing key parts of the production and publishing workflow, helping ensure episodes are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.

He works across editing, episode packaging, show notes, and promotional assets, partnering closely with the team to keep the release pipeline consistent and organized.

Fernando brings 5+ years of podcast production experience and has produced content for 50+ shows across business, nonprofit, and creator-led media. Outside of work, he’s passionate about storytelling, business, and film.

Chloe Canning-Pereira

Investor Relations Manager

Chloe Canning-Pereira is the Investor Relations Manager at TEN Capital, where she helps bring together investors, founders, and community members while supporting events and building relationships across the network.

She has a background in both events and recruiting, with several years of experience working closely with clients and cultivating strong, lasting relationships. Chloe enjoys creating welcoming spaces where people can connect naturally, exchange ideas, and discover new opportunities.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Chloe now lives in Austin. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, going on long walks, and finding little ways to add fun and sparkle to everyday life.

Sabina Begimkulova

AI & Special Projects

Sabina Begimkulova works with the TEN Capital Network team preparing due diligence reports and investor analyses for early-stage startups raising Seed and Series A capital.

She evaluates business models, market opportunities, financials, and growth strategies to help investors make informed decisions and founders present stronger investment cases. Sabina is passionate about bringing structure and clarity to the fundraising process and supporting innovative companies as they scale.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new ideas in AI and business innovation and staying active in Austin’s startup and technology community.
