Hall launched TEN Capital as the Texas Entrepreneur Networks in 2009. Today, the firm has over 25,000 investors in its network and has helped startups raise over $900M and counting.
Caitlin Leach
Caitlin brings over two decades of experience in operations, management, and client services, with a strong background in both creative and entrepreneurial environments. She began her career in film as Co-Founder and Director of the Austin Underground Film Festival, then moved into the startup world as Incentive Manager for a sales organization.
Since then, Caitlin has helped launch and scale several startups, specializing in operational strategy, sales support, and client success. At TEN Capital Network, she oversees day-to-day operations, streamlining processes and supporting company growth.
Caitlin holds a B.A. in English Literature and Film Theory from Florida State University. She also serves on the board of VORTEX Repertory Theater and contributes to its Fundraising Committee.
Raquel Peña
Raquel (Raquí) Peña is a seasoned business leader with a strong background in sales, branding, and event production across live events, experiential marketing, and entertainment. She has successfully led initiatives for clients such as LiveNation, SXSW, Formula 1, and STARZ. Raquí is passionate about driving business growth and client acquisition, with expertise in P&L management, strategic planning, customer experience optimization, and regulatory coordination. She is known for her ability to turn visionary ideas into actionable, successful outcomes.
Outside of her professional work, Raquí is an avid collector of rare vinyl records. She also serves as a board member for Women in Vinyl, a non-profit dedicated to supporting women, femme and non-binary identifying individuals, and minorities in the vinyl music industry. The organization provides scholarships, mentorships, job boards, business development opportunities, and workshops to help preserve and elevate the art of music on vinyl.

Sam is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our client’s campaigns.
She has been in the administrative field since the age of 16 and performs many administrative roles for TEN.
Sam is very detailed in her work, organized, and reliable. In her spare time, she likes to read, bake, and play with her two fur babies.
