Randy Hubbell is a seasoned medical technology executive with extensive experience commercializing transformational devices and scaling global healthcare businesses. His leadership background includes senior roles at Johnson & Johnson and Boston Scientific, including serving as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Johnson & Johnson.

Randy has also served as Chairman, President, and CEO of Carmell Corporation (NASDAQ: CTCX) and as Chief Commercial Officer at Cardiva Medical, a startup later acquired by Haemonetics. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tulane University and an MBA from Loyola University of New Orleans.

**Dr. Robert E. Lee, Founder – Echelon Development Group**
Dr. Robert E. Lee is a board-certified vascular surgeon with more than 30 years of experience across clinical practice, FDA medical device regulation, and medtech strategy. He earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan and completed his surgical training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.

Dr. Lee joined the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 2015, becoming the first board-certified vascular surgeon to serve as a Medical Officer within the Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH). There, he evaluated vascular and endovascular devices across their full lifecycle, including technologies used to create, maintain, and salvage AV access.

After his federal service, Dr. Lee co-founded Echelon Development Group, where he advises innovators and investors on regulatory, clinical, and market strategy for high-impact vascular technologies, with a focus on renal care and AV access.
